Study on Effect of Coping Capacity Using Comprehend Nursing Intervention in Patients with Breast Cancer of Chemotherapy Stage

Objective To approach effect of coping capacity and quality of life using comprehend nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer of chemotherapy stage.Methods Usual nursing intervention were used in control group,comprehend nursing intervention were used in experimental group;scores of PSSS,MCMQ,CARES-SF after 1 day and 30day were evaluated.Results After 30day,scores of family support were higher than that after 1 day in two groups(P0.05,P0.01),scores of internal family support was higher than that after 1 day in experimental group(P0.05).there were significant difference in scores of face,approach-avoidance,surrender in two groups(P0.05,P0.01).There were obvious descend in scores of physiology,psychological-society,Medical Staff relationships in experimental group(P0.01).Group comparison,after 30day,scores of internal family support in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P0.05,P0.01).There were significant difference in scores of physiology,psychological-society,medical staff relationships(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Comprehend nursing intervention could improve quality of life and enhance positive coping.
