Coal load sensor

The invention provides a coal load sensor, which comprises an acceleration sensor module, a signal conditioning module, an analog-to-digital conversion module, a digital signal processor, and a digital-to-analog conversion and signal conditioning module which are sequentially connected through signals, and a power module, wherein the power module provides power for the acceleration sensor module, the signal conditioning module, the analog-to-digital conversion module, the digital signal processor, the digital-to-analog conversion and signal conditioning module; and the acceleration sensor module is connected to a supporting shaft of a coal mill. The invention also provides a coal load detection method. The novel sensor for acquiring the coal load by measuring the vibrating acceleration of a bearing continuously analyzes and processes vibration signals in real time, namely the so-called parallel working mode is greatly different from the serial working mode of previous programs, so that objective characteristic signals can be really reflected.
