Radar parameter encryption and test device and method

The invention relates to a radar parameter encryption and test device and a method. The radar parameter encryption test device includes a singlechip (1) embedded in a special radar parameter test instrument, and external storage equipment (2) capable of being connected or separated, wherein encryption and decryption program (11) and a secret key (12) which are used for the encryption and decryption of the radar test parameter and the adding offset, as well as a linear function (13) used for providing the offset are stored in the singlechip (1). The singlechip (1) is used for providing the radar test parameter and the test standard added with the same offset to display equipment of the special radar parameter test instrument; and the radar test parameter and the offset both subjected to the encryption through the singlechip (1) are stored in the external storage equipment (2) and read by the singlechip (1). The invention has the following prominent characteristics that the data encryption has no influence on the normal test, the data information can not be exposed during the test use, and the technical safety of the secret key is guaranteed as the secret key is stored in the special radar test instrument under the authorization and password management and separately stored with the encrypted message.
