Thermal effect of photonic crystal vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers

Photonic crystal vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (Ph C - VCSELs) was fabricated . We measured the performance with the change of temperature , It was proved that PhC- VCSELs keeped s table performance under difference temperature.
