Лечение гнойных осложнений острого панкреатита с использованием растворов гипохлората натрия и антибиотиков

2000
The efficiency of combined application of sodium hypochlorite and antibiotics was studied. Advisability of different mode of abdominal cavity lavage in acute primary purulent pancreatitis is shown. In vitro studies clinical strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Ecsherichia coli were tested. Experimental study was carried out in 86 impure dogs. The developed method of treatment was used in clinical practice in 28 patients with various forms of destructive pancreatitis. The elevation of the bacteriostatic effect of penicillin and gentamicin after application of sodium hypochlorite was determined. The combined application of sodium hypochlorite and antibiotics with drainage of the retroperitoneal space by carbonic strip is advocated as the most effective method of pancreas lavage.
