Эмболизация внутренних семенных вен при варикоцеле, осложненного репродуктивными дисфункциями

Proposed is a method of embolization of the internal spermatic vein. The effectiveness of endovascular X-ray techniques of treatment of varicocele combined with reproductive dysfunction was defined. It was established that endovascular X-ray surgical treatment is one of the most informative and safe methods of surgical correction of varicocele. The method of double level occlusion of the left internal spermatic vein in varicocele made it possible to decrease the radiation exposure of the patients and staff at the same time providing an optimal low relapse frequency.
