An Incremental Costs Approach to Water Resources Planning
1986
The basic supply costs of Victoria's water resources have been calculated for future increments in yield. The results have been presented as long run incremental cost curves for every significant river basin and groundwater sub-province in Victoria. This paper explains the approach taken to establish these curves and their role in future broad and regional scale water resource studies.
