Application of ratchet chain tightener to SGW-40T scraper conveyor

Based on the analysis of chain tightening process and in combination with the employment of three kinds of chain tighteners specified in state standards,a kind of ratchet chain tightener applying to SGW-40T scraper conveyor is designed and produced.The chain tightener is simple to operate and easy to install and maintain,and is helpful for operator to enhance the safety of chain connection.
