The system comprises an infusion device, an infusion care base station, a central monitoring server and a medical care PDA; The infusion scheme is formed in the infusion care base station; the open-loop control of the infusion device is performed in a wireless or wired manner, or infusion parameters are adjusted through monitoring and analyzing physiologic parameters of the patient according to the corresponding closed loop algorithm during the infusion execution; and the close-loop control of the infusion device is performed in a wireless or wired manner; the central monitoring server is connected with the infusion care base station in a wireless or wired manner and used for monitoring the running state of the infusion care base station; and the medical care PDA is connected with the infusion care base station and/or the central monitoring server in a wireless or wired manner and used for displaying the infusion status and the infusion management process. The system organically combines the treatment means (intravenous infusion) and the effect (of monitoring physiologic parameters) thereof in a system, thereby realizing close-loop control of one or more infusion devices, and improving the medical quality and the working efficiency of the medical staff.
