CORROSION INHIBITORS BASED ON HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS OF PETROCHEMICAL

2018
The urgency of the investigated problem is caused by the necessity to search for opportunities for using semi-products and waste petrochemical industries to produce corrosion inhibitors. The article is aimed at studying the mechanism of action of a number of corrosion inhibitors based on 1.3-diheterocycloalkanes. The leading approach to this study was the analysis of the results of corrosion-electrochemical and adsorption tests on steel samples used for the construction of oil and gas facilities. The results show that, in the first approximation, the lock and energy effects of the inhibitors are the most significant. With the use of inhibitors of mixed action, the decrease in the corrosion current is due to the inhibition of one of the hydrogen evolution stages associated with a change in the polarizability surface. The materials of the article can be useful in modeling new compositions of inhibitory compositions involving heterocyclic of the compounds class to protect acetal against mechanochemical in corrosion acidic-hydrogen media. The results of adsorption and corrosion-electrochemical studies can be used to formulate ideas about the mechanism of corrosion inhibition by the compounds studied.
