2014
Objective To investigate the association between helicobacter pylori and COPD,and the mechanism that Hp lead COPD. Methods Fifty-two patients with acute exacerbations of COPD, 35 patients with stable COPD and 22 healthy subjects were all tested for pulmonary function test, urea 13C breath test, and serum were measured C-reactie protein,WBC. Results There is no significantly difference between the positive rate of Hp in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD and that in stable COPD ( P 〉0.05) ,but the positive rates of Hp in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD and stable COPD, compared with healthy subjects, were significantly different ( P M0.01) acute exacerbations patients of COPD with Hp infection by serum C-reactie protein, white blood cells than the total number of non-Hp infection were significently higher ( P M0.01). Conclusions Hp infection associated with COPD,and Hp infection may be a potential disease risk factors. Key words: Pulmonary disease, obstructive; Helicobacter pylori
