Separation of rhenium, tungsten and molybdenum by thin-layer chromatography.

1968
Abstract Re(VII), W(VI) and Mo(VI) can be separated by thin-layer chromatography on silica gel. The best results are obtained with methanol-3 M HC1 (7:3) and methanol-1 M NH 4 NO 3 -3 M NH 3 (14:5:1). Dithiol is used as detection reagent.
