Striving and Thriving: the relationship between achievement goal orientation and well-being at work

It was already known that setting goals aimed at developing competence (mastery goal orientation) contributes to the motivation and performance of employees, but this dissertation shows that a mastery goal orientation also contributes to the well-being - flourishing - of people.
