Study on the control of air cushion head box

In order to solve the coupling problem between the variables of the air cushion head-box, the precision of control is improved. The operating mechanism of the flow box is analyzed and the related data are collected. The expert control algorithm for air cushion head-box is put forward. The algorithm is implemented with PLC300. The practice shows that the control algorithm proposed in this paper meets the requirements of control.
