On the Roots of Non-governance Credit and It's Controlling Measures——An Analysis From Viewpoint of the Regulator of Financial Markets

The article analyses the roots of non governance credit through the aspect of financial supervision.The root of the wide spreadization of nongovernance credit lies in the lagged rural financial system. The unsound financial supervision system,undeveloped controlling measures and the lack of scientific administration are the external conditions for the spreading of non governance credit.Harnessing non governance credit needs to fundamentally reform the current rural financial system and to establish an innovative rural financial system which is based on cooperate finance.
