Major Problems in College Staff Recruitment and Tackling Strategies

This paper starts with an interpretation of relevant polices and a survey of the colleges and universities in Sichuan,and continues with an analysis and summary of the major problems in the open staff recruitment for higher educational institutions. Strategies to tackle these difficulties are then put forward to provide reference for its healthy progressive development.
