Application of blackboard model based multiagent negotiation system in the distributed design of device-layer network

2015
Implementing data exchange and cooperation in the case that equipment is decentralized has been the most critical problem in controlling device-layer network. In order to solve this problem, the Multiagent negotiation system, which has been considered as the cutting-edge technology of constructing large-scale distributed information processing system, is adopted to design SERCOS network control system of tyre bead ring forming machine. Firstly, by analyzing the data mapping process of DeviceNet and CC-Link, it is concluded that the data mapping in device-layer network is potentially in compliance with blackboard model theory. Secondly, by considering the process requirements, both logic information and control information are integrated in ControlLogix system, which is provided by Rockwell Automation. Finally, Multiagent cooperation control system of meridian-tyre bead ring forming machine, in which agents are operated by means of autonomous decision-making and consultation with each other, is successfully constructed. Actual operation results show that, servo axes can make precision movement, the shape of hexagonal bead ring is regular, and wire is arranged tightly and orderly without overlap and segregation.
