Agroquímicos: su impacto en la legislación y jurisprudencia bonaerense

It is necessary to start from a concept on pesticides to analyze their scope and importance in the Argentine agricultural activity. During the present work it will be possible to appreciate that the use of agrochemicals is an issue that brings into play the interests of diverse actors with great interference in the feeding, manufacture of medicines and in the daily politics of the governments of the moment. In view of agribusiness, business interests seek to invisibilize the consequences of phytosanitary measures, previously exposed, and to concretize their agreements with ministerial resolutions even though they imply fumigating in adjacencies to educational establishments. These measures require lawyers committed to defending the rights to a dignified life, the health of citizens and the environment.
