Using the BestDose Clinical Software—Examples With Aminoglycosides

Abstract This chapter introduces the BestDose clinical software and illustrates its use with examples of aminoglycoside therapy—planning the initial dosage regimen for a patient and analyzing a patient who has already received some therapy in the recent past, reconstructing the clinical situation, evaluating it, and then planning the new adjusted dosage regimen.
