SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DETERMINANTS AND POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH IN LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THE POPULATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TAKING INTO ACCOUNT REGIONAL DIFFERENTIATION
