Remote meter reading system utilizing time division (TD) network and implementation method thereof

The invention discloses a remote meter reading system utilizing a time division (TD) network, comprising a plurality of acquisition probes and a control center, wherein the acquisition probes and the control center are connected by a time division-synchronization code division multiple access (TD-SCDMA) network. The invention also discloses an implementation method of the remote meter reading system utilizing the TD network, comprising the following steps: S1, the acquisition probes acquire images and data from an electric meter and send the acquired images or data information to the control center; and S2, the control center collects images of all the acquisition probes, processes the images, or collects data of all the acquisition probes, calculates the actual reading of the electric meter according to the acquired image information or data information, and calculates electric charge according to the unit price of electric charge of all points after summarization. The invention has the advantages of high working efficiency, strong data analyzing capability, strong alarm real-time property, low cost and wide applicability.
