The transparent conductive film

2012
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film capable of having resistance further reduced by heating an amorphous transparent conductive layer before crystal conversion processing and greatly improving electric characteristics of the transparent conductive layer after the crystal conversion processing.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 1 comprises an amorphous transparent conductive layer made of indium-tin composite oxide on at least one surface of a polymer film base. The amorphous transparent conductive layer has a carrier density n×10of (10 to 60)×10/cmand a Hall mobility of 10 to 25 cm/V s, and can be converted to be crystalline. The amorphous transparent conductive layer has a carrier density n×10of (80 to 150)×10/cmand a Hall mobility of 20 to 40 cm/V s after the crystal conversion. When a movement distance L in conversion to crystallinity is denoted as {(n-n)+(μ-μ)}, the movement distance L is 50 to 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
