The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding the far infrared powder to PPG, stirring fully and cooling to 24.5 DEG C; adding H2O, MC, T9 and silicone oil; stirring at high speed to foam the mixture, and simultaneously adding POP and TDI which are circularly cooled to 23 DEG C in advance by controlling the flow with a computer; and sizing, cutting and covering the mattress body with the mattress cover. According to the invention, the far infrared powder which has normal emissivity and is the most suitable for a human body is blended into the mattress to promote blood circulation and metabolism, thus the sleep quality of insomniac is greatly improved.
