The invention discloses an environment-friendly mattress capable of promoting blood circulation. The environment-friendly mattress comprises a sponge mattress body and a mattress cover, wherein the sponge mattress body is prepared from the following materials by weight: 80kg of polypropylene glycol (PPG) (epoxy propane condensation compound), 13kg of polyether polyol (POP), 37.5kg of toluene diisocynate (TDI), 6kg H2O, 0.38kg of methene dichloromethane (MC), 0.18kg of T9 (stannous octoate), 1.13kg of silicone oil (triethylene diamine) and 2.82kg of far infrared powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding the far infrared powder to PPG, stirring fully and cooling to 24.5 DEG C; adding H2O, MC, T9 and silicone oil; stirring at high speed to foam the mixture, and simultaneously adding POP and TDI which are circularly cooled to 23 DEG C in advance by controlling the flow with a computer; and sizing, cutting and covering the mattress body with the mattress cover. According to the invention, the far infrared powder which has normal emissivity and is the most suitable for a human body is blended into the mattress to promote blood circulation and metabolism, thus the sleep quality of insomniac is greatly improved.
