ABSTRACT This study is intended to analyze the effect of the application of information systems and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the Social Service of Pangkajene and Islands Regency by taking 67 employees as the research sample. The results of this study prove that the application of information systems has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Family Hope Program (PKH) of the Social Service of Pangkajene and Islands Regency. In addition, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Family Hope Program (PKH) of the Pangkajene and Islands District Social Service. Furthermore, the implementation of information systems and organizational commitment together has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Family Hope Program (PKH) of the Social Service of Pangkajene and Islands Regency.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan dengan mengambil 67 pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Selanjutnya, penerapan sistem informasi dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan.
