Effects by an Event on its Participants' Corporative Behaviors to Promotion Measures of a Tramway

HANKAI Tramway of this research region has two or more problems, such as finances. The measure against equipment replacement is not made immediately. However, it is important to continue a continuous relation with a local resident, in order to maintain the number of users. In order to promote the service in an area along the line intentionally and strategically, improvement in the estimation technology of the number of use and form in a resident inhabitable area is important. It needs to perform policy planning from a viewpoint positive about the usefulness of the framework of the meaning and the proposal of local service, or a local transport service plan. In this research, the questionnaire was carried out in the railroad event for which a lot of people gather. The answer content was analyzed. Analysis and consideration for building a continuous relation with a local resident from the result are performed.我が国の路面電車は、環境問題や都市構造の変化によって、再検討が進んでいる。しかし、本研究対象地域の阪堺電気軌道は、財政など複数の問題抱えている。即座に設備更新対策は出来ない。しかし、地域住民と持続的な関係を続けていく事は、利用者数を維持していく為には重要な事である。沿線地域におけるサービスを計画的かつ戦略的に推進するためには、住民居住地域における利用数・形態の推計技術の向上が重要である。それによって、地域サービスの意義や提案や地域輸送サービス計画の枠組みの有用性について実証的な視点から方策立案を行う必要がある。本研究では、大人数が集まる鉄道イベントにおいてアンケート調査を実施した。その回答内容の分析を実施した。その結果から地域住民との持続的な関係を構築する為の分析・考察を行う。
