A method to recongnize valve variable table by timing diagram of control valve

A method of recognizing and picking up the control valve variable table automatically is introduced.In this method,the grid lines of control valve variable names and phases or steps of opening and closing valve are removed firstly.Then the sequential logical lines are recognized and picked up.In the next,horizontal lines of the grid of control valve variable names and vertical lines of the grid of phases or steps of opening and closing valve are picked up separately.Finally,the control valve variable names are recognized from sequential logical lines and horizontal grid lines,while the time of the opening and closing control valve is recognized from the sequential logical lines and vertical grid lines.At the same time,the variable table is created automatically and used for programming and debugging.The arithmetic is simple and can lighten the working load greatly and increase the accuracy when getting the sequential logic of opening and closing control valve variable from the control valve sequential logical diagram.
