Hormonal profile in pregnant women.

Fertility hormones of hundred pregnant women were measured during three trimesters. Progesterone level was found constant during first trimester then rose in the second trimester and again decreased before term. The concentration of estradiol and prolactin in increasedwhereas LH and FS decreased as pregnancy progresses. (authors)
