Track structure of pneumatic system

2009
The utility model relates to a track structure of a pneumatic system for conveying empty bottles, which aims to provide a novel track structure of pneumatic system capable of preventing the empty bottles from leaping up and down during the conveying process and avoiding the bottles from being stuck, thereby reducing investment cost and maintenance cost. The track structure of a pneumatic system comprises a track support, a wind groove, a first guide track and a second guide track, wherein the wind groove is connected to the upper part of the track support, the first and the second guide tracks are arranged symmetrically below the wind groove, a channel is formed between the first guide track and the second guide track, and grooves are formed on the two corresponding side surfaces of both the first guide track and the second guide track. By adopting the utility model, the bottles can be prevented from leaping up and down during the conveying process and the oscillation amplitude along the conveying direction can be reduced, thereby completely preventing the bottles from being stuck during the conveying process and keeping the production line in the normal work state all the time; at the same time, the air conveying amount can be reduced, which not only saves electricity, but also prolongs the service life of blower, thereby further reducing the investment cost and the maintenance cost.
