The Nursing of the Single Cavity Central Vein Catheler Applied to the Treatment of Tuberculo-thorax Accumulative Succus

Objective To explore the nursing of the single cavity central vein catheler applied to the treatment of tuberculo-thorax accumulative succus. Method Summarizing the cure effect of 30 patients in our hospital who were taken out succus discontinuously through the catheler put in thorax and infused medicine liquid. Result All the patients need to be put the cathelers which have stayed in the thorax for 4-13 days only once, and none of them have complications caused by this action; Paying attention to mentality nursing and health instruction, properly dealing with the catheler, preventing the catheler from surging and infection are the most important measures to guarantee the cure success and to promote patients’ recovery. Conclusion Applying the single cavity central vein catheler to the treatment of tuberculo-thorax accumulative succus and integrating with appropriate nursing measures can avoid the pain suffered from puncturing the thorax repeatedly and reduce the nursing work quantity. The way is good for clinic nursing and popularizing.
