The invention discloses a strain solid continuous fermentation structure and equipment and a fermentation method. The equipment body structure is composed of a tank body, an inoculation supplementing device, a strain conveying belt type growth bevel and a strain collection device, wherein a sterile air outlet, an inoculation supplementing pipeline and a waste liquid outlet are formed in the tank body; a sterile air inlet of the tank body is externally connected with a temperature/humidity controller, air filtering equipment, an air compressor, a steam generator, a pressure control valve and an instrument; the material of the conveying belt bevel part is divided into three layers: a flat plate, a nutrient supply layer and a growth layer; and the three layers of materials are in close contact and connection. A culture medium only circulates in the nutrient supply layer, and thalli grow on the growth layer. The inoculation supplementing device is divided into an inoculation part and a supplementing part which are independent of each other via a drip irrigation way. A thallus scraper consists of a scraper, a movable metal plate, a collection channel and a collection tank. The device disclosed by the invention is simple in design and can directly obtain the strain of solid fermentation.
