PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enhancing the efficiency of reception processing of aggregation packet, and bringing about power saving effect of a terminal. SOLUTION: The communication device comprises: a means (1202) for forming an aggregation packet by aggregating a plurality of packets to be transmitted by wireless communication; a means (1203) for generating a first delimiter data attached to each packet of the aggregation packet and having information about the length of a corresponding packet; and a means (1207) for generating a second delimiter data attached to each data packet of a predetermined packet group in the aggregation packet and having information for specifying any packet in the packet group.
