A diagnosis platform of controlling the power grid equipment state and a reactive voltage based on the reactive voltage belongs to the power grid operation technology field, and comprises a data processing system, a memory management system and a man-machine interaction platform. The data processing system is used to store the data information of the external automation devices, the system programs and the real-time network data information, comprises an automatic voltage control equipment database module, a system database module, a power grid data operation equipment module, and is in mutual communication connection with the modules in the memory management system via a database synchronization module, a data storage module and a network communication module. The memory management system is in communication connection with the man-machine interaction platform. According to the present invention, the power grid operation real-time data, the equipment information data and the relevant information in an automatic voltage control system are integrated, and the frequencies of the equipment in the power grid and the reactive power and voltage distribution reasonability are determined by the information fed back by the automatic voltage control system.
