The present invention relates to a thermal expansion stone splitting agent equal proportion structure large-area stone splitting method, and belongs to the field of intersection of material science and engineering technology. The method comprises: 1, selecting a cube stone block, drilling at the center position of the stone block, filling a stone splitting agent, carrying out a stone splitting test, and screening the optimal drilling radius; 2, in the case of assurance of the same standard stone splitting, determining the drilling plane S of the stone block to be split, and determining the drilling interval d according to the drilling center distribution required by the construction; 3, measuring the thickness h1 of the rock at the drilling center position and perpendicular to the drilling plane, and calculating the drilling depth h and the drilling radius r according to the formulas defined in the specification; and 4, according to the h and r obtained in the step 3, drilling, filling a thermal expansion stone splitting agent into the drilled hole, and carrying out stone splitting. According to the present invention, the calculation method is scientific, the use process is safe and stable, the normal use construction process of the thermal expansion stone splitting agent product is not affected, the equal proportion structure large-area stone splitting can be achieved by using the method, the stone splitting agent consumption is substantially saved, the economic cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
