The article considers the streamlines of the forming national system of tourist services quality management on the basis of used innovation techniques. The authors determine paramount aims and tasks for the national system of tourist services quality management and identify key directions for regulating the tourist services market. The authors also provide elements of tourist servicing infrastructure and forms of its regulation. The article offers a target tree for forming conceptual fundamentals of the national system of tourist services quality management, as well as suggestions on perspective elaboration of documents providing the successful functioning of the national system of tourist services quality management
