Comment on ''A note on the assumption of quasiequilibrium in semiconductor junction devices''

It is shown that the quasiequilibrium approach leads to consistent results when one takes into account the difference between the applied potential ψa across the junction and the split Δφ of the quasi‐Fermi levels at the junction (ψa=Δφ only at low injection).
