Method of selective removal of o-acetyl protective groups in presence of o-benzoil

2015
FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: selectively remove O-acetyl protective groups in the presence of O-benzoil in oligosaccharides by processing the oligosaccharide derivatives with hydrazine hydrate in the organic solvent, containing methylene chloride and methanol, the reaction is carried out under the action of 30-100 molar equivalents of hydrazine hydrate with respect to oligosaccharide derivatives in the mixture of chloride methylene and methanol in the volume ratio of 1:2. EFFECT: new efficient method of selectively removing O-acetyl protecting groups in the presence of O-benzoil is proposed, that significantly expands the possibilities for efficient construction of oligosaccharide chains. 2 cl, 3 ex
