Metodiche analitiche CEE ed esame spettrofotometrico derivativo nell'analisi di oli di oliva

A study carried out on over 100 olive oil samples has demonstrated a total correspondence between the judgements obtained by the EEC methods and by the application of the U.V derivative spectrophotometry. Therefore, the latter is confirmed as a simple, quick, economical and sure analytical technique on which to base preliminary research into routine checking of the quality of vegetable oils.
