Analysis of the management model of science research under the secondary management system at higher vocational college

In the light of the progressing of the secondary management system in higher vocational colleges,on the basis of a comparative study on the status quo in this regard between China and other countries,this paper attempts to explore such essential issues: the content of research management under the secondary management system in higher vocational colleges,the improvement of the research staff in those institutions.This exploration is based on a case study of the secondary management model at two levels: department and college.
