Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Al2O3 nanofluids

Abstract Nanofluids have found vital presence in several heat transfer applications because of their potential characteristics. These unique characteristics have attracted several researchers in designing new thermal systems for various engineering applications since last two decades. The nanoparticles were characterized by XRD, HRTEM, EDS and SAED. Also, the particle size in the nanofluids was determined using the particle size analyzer, which shows that the average diameter of the particles in the fluid media is also in the nano scale
