Slider guide rail apparatus for press

The slide block-guide rail mechanism of press is used to guide slide block in a period. The slide block-guide rail mechanism can eliminate eccentric force misplacement and prevent the eccentric contact between the slide block and the guide rail. The slide block includes at least one spherical bush with the first guide surface. The guide rail includes at least one first slide surface to face the first guide surface. During operation, the spherical bush rotates relatively to the slide block for automatic plane alignment between the first guide surface and the slide surface. The guide rail is supported by one wedged block for fast and easy alignment to the slide block.
