Детоксицирующая активность синтетических полимеров, созданных на основе n-винилпирролидон-малеинового ангидрида при острой интоксикации эпихлоргидрином

The experiment was made on white rat-males line Wistar and line BALB/c. It was showed that sopolymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone and dimethylaminoethylmetacrylate (SP-1) and vinylbytilic ether (SP-2) show expressed detoxicative activity in relation to epichlorhydrin (ECH). It is realized in increase of survival and terms of death of the animals. By ability to suppress decrease of concentration of SH-groups in blood SP-1 considerable surpass acetylcysteinum in conditions of intragastric introduction but it yield to acetylcysteinum at intraperitoneal introduction. Activity of SP-2, by the degree of influence on SH-group level, is lower than at SP-1 at intragastric introduction, it is comparable with the activity of acetylcysteinum and is higher than activity of SP-1 at intraperitoneal introduction. SP-1 shows antagonism in relation to ECH by the type of oversubtraction, quantities of ECH antagonism to SP-1 is characterized by complete subtraction. Obtained data may serve as a source of additional information about character and level of toxic influence of studied compounds.
