2-(2-氯乙氧基)乙酰胺合成研究

Using potassium carbonate as acid binding agent and DMF as solvent, ethyl 2-chloroethoxyaetate was synthesized by the condensation of chloroethanol and ethyl bromoacetate. 2-(2-Chloroethoxy) acetamide was synthesized by the amination of ethyl 2-chloroethoxyaetate in the ethanol solution of ammonia. Optimal conditions: radio of chloroethanol and ethyl bromoacetate is 1.2: 1 (mol); reaction temperature is 50~55℃; acid binding agent is potassium carbonate; amination reagent is 20%~24% ethanolamine solution. Total yield is 52.2%. The product is confirmed by GC-MS.
