As the development of social technology economy and innovation of organizationalmanagement practice, Economic research on compensation has systematized, many ideas of whichhave been applied to organizational management practice and have great influence on managementactivities. From the standpoint of economics, micro-compensation theory's evolution is analyzed andthe intrinsic logicality is grasped, which has important theory-instructional meaning for enterprises'compensation management practice.
