Preparative electrophoretic studies of certain immune bodies.

1960
Abstract In preparative electrophoretic studies a correlation is apparent between the volume of serum applied and the appearance of immune bodies in different fractions. It has been shown for hemolysins and antistreptolysins that their distribution in fractions depends on the volume of serum employed. The spread of immune bodies over to the faster migrating globulins is the more marked, the larger the volume of serum used.
