In article the complex program of medical and physical rehabilitation is presented at development osteoarthritis knee joints and possibilities of its use in clinical practice are analyzed. The estimation of efficiency and shipping of recommended physical techniques and medicamentous preparations on visually - to an analogue scale, an index of Leken and WOMAC, ascertaining dynamics of a painful syndrome, constraint and development presence of cinovitis is given.
