The invention provides a jump context synchronization device, a method and a client, so as to synchronize the jump context on a social application platform to a third party website. The device comprises a session ID generation module for acquiring the jump context of the user from the social application platform, storing the jump context to a session data DB, and returning an identifier of the jump context to the social application platform, a session data acquisition API for acquiring the identifier of the jump context from the third party website, acquiring a corresponding jump context from the session data DB according to the identifier and feeding the jump context back to the third party website, and the session data DB for storing the jump context and the corresponding identifier. When the social application platform jumps to the third party website, the jump context is synchronized to the third party website.
