Preparation and Characterization of Al_2O_3 Coating MoS_2 Composite Powders

MoS2/Al2O3 composite powders were successfully prepared by heterogeneous nucleation method via Al(NO3)3·9H2O hydrolysis,and the preparation process conditions were studied.The samples of composite powders were characterized with SEM/EDS,TEM and XRD.The results showed that the main factors for coating effect includes Al3+ concentration,pH value,temperature of reaction and titration rate.The optimum process conditions for preparing MoS2/Al2O3 composite powders are Al3+ concentration for 0.17 mol/L,pH=8,temperature of reaction for 75 ℃ and titration rate for 3 mL/min.
