Whole cell-based detection method of residence time of medicinal target point

2016
The invention discloses a whole cell-based detection method of the residence time of a medicinal target point. The whole cell-based detection method of the residence time of the medicinal target point is characterized by being a method for detecting a residence time, during which a to-be-detected compound which is not labeled by an isotope is combined with the medicinal target point, on a whole cell by utilizing a standard substance labeled by a radioactive isotope. By using the method, on one hand, the fussy process of preparing a cell membrane is avoided, and molecular dynamic characteristics which more approach the combination of a medicinal receptor in a physiological condition can be obtained; on the other hand, the carrying out of isotope labeling on the to-be-detected compound is avoided, and the large-scale measurement of the molecular dynamic characteristics of the combination between a medicine and the receptor, particularly the residence time of the medicinal receptor, can be realized, thus providing more accurate basis for designing and finding a new medicine.
