Under the control of customary regulations,the Jingpo society is actually in a spontaneous order.With a specific case as the beginning,this article demonstrates the charm of the Jingpo's spontaneous order.Further,it expounds the reasonableness of this spontaneous order and its operation restrictions in contemporary China's legal system.Finally,it illustrates the significance of the spontaneous order in building the harmonious society.
