The invention relates to a bone cement injector. The bone cement injector comprises a body handle, a T-type handle, a screw rod, an injection tube and a bone cement conveying pipe, wherein the screw rod penetrates through the top of the body handle in a sleeved mode, the front of the screw rod penetrates into the injection tube in a sliding and sleeved mode, and the front end of the injection tube is connected with the bone cement conveying pipe in a butted mode. The bone cement injector is characterized in that a locking device for controlling the running state of the screw rod is further arranged in an upper cavity of the body handle, the screw rod locking device is composed of a control spanner and a driving force arm, the control spanner is connected to the screw rod in a sleeved mode, and the part, making contact with the screw rod, on the inner side of the control spanner is provided with internal threads corresponding to the screw rod; one end of the driving force arm is connected with the control spanner through a pin, and the other end of the driving force arm is connected with the inner wall of the top cavity of the body handle through a pin.
